Rivermark is actually kind of a shitty place for a meet. I see some G35 club meet there every so often. They all park in the sierra suites parking garage. Kinda lame having to be in a parking garage. But it's really the only desnt parking there at rivermark. Then again...the dog didn't exactly have a huge lot. Plus the neighbors there were total pricks.

btw scott, what've you been up to? Last I heard, you hit a gator with your s2000.

Yeah, that was quite a ways back. Bought a Subaru SVX as a daily driver while I repaired and built up the S2000. Then sold the Honda for a Land Rover Freelander (terrible idea) and traded the SVX for a '66 Mustang. Then sold the Mustang because i needed the money, and traded in the Rover for the Passat. Now I'm getting my E30, and will be getting back into racing after quite a long time off.

how are the svx's? I was looking at one a while back, sounds like a neat car, but my main worry was the cost of parts for it (one cost of a rare vehicle).

Well, a lot of the mechanical parts are shared between multiple cars. For example, when I replaced the fuel pump, it was the exact same unit in the Subaru Impreza, Legacy, Forester, and the Toyota Previa. Probably others as well. The only things that are a real pain to get replaced would be the glass. It all pretty much has to be custom-molded, which sucks.

It was a fun car though. Would have been awesome if it was available in a manual transmission. But it was still fairly quick for it's time.
