My friend and I were bored over the weekend so we took some shots I've always wanted to try out in downtown San Jose. Please post thoughts/constructive criticism!

(Btw, he was driving my car but also has a black ap2  :D ...and yes, he just finished working out, which explains the sleeveless shirt...and yes it was about 75 degrees that night  )

Don't know which one I like more between these two. Some opinions would be valued :)

Had to have him in there in case a car came down and a quick escape was needed.

thanks guys :)

and sorry, that's just my friend driving my car in the last few pics. i had to brace the camera inside the car w/ a tripod & snap away. i guess it's a lot easier w/ the top down :)

I like the concepts but i think the acutall exposure/composition and photo quality in general needs to be better. its tough in garages especially with a black car.

Nice shots, cool location! I think I like the third shot the best. Neat light, good angle.

Is that the San Pedro garage in San Jose?

thanks guys :)

and yeah, that's san pedro garage. i had to have my friend drive my car around a few times since it's a one way one car lane to get out of the garage, but it worked out in the end. seeing these now, i think i can edit them a little bit better, so i may revisit these shots soon enough

how did you do those 1st 2 shots? just hold the shutter open the entire time while he was doing laps around the structure?

i took a few shots in succession and just photoshopped them all together and played with opacity...the hard part was getting the effect down :)
