On another note though there are stupid people who shouldn't be on bikes. Saw a guy this morning on a brand new CBR when all of the sudden traffic stopped. You could tell he doesn't know a damn thing about bikes because he didn't touch his front brake but instead locked up the rear and almost wrecked. Fuggen idiot.

okay i ride bikes, i ahve grown up around bikes. i can beat anybody that either that is fake or he was not wearing a helmet. think about. look how his face is opened, if he did fall on his face, it would get grinded down right? to me it looks like his mouth exploeded. bikes are only dangerous, if you don't know how to ride them or if you are being stupid. not to make any one feel bad, or to disrespect anybody who knew him, the guy who died at Bailey last year. me and my buddy were lined up to race, and '73 ranchero and a '66 ford truck if anybody remembers. no one would start us. so we took of, and i was parking and i saw some guy take off on his bike(sorry to anyone who knew him but i don't know his name) he lost control of his wheelie and ended up dieing. he would have lived if he didn't get run over. getting back to my point, yes bikes are dangerous. if you know what your doing, you can still get hurt, sometimes shit happens. and i am not saying taht the guy didn't know what he was doing it just i wish he would have been more careful.

Look, no one could have that much of their skull removed and remain conscious enough to take a picture, nor would a nurse take such a picture - it would be more professional looking than just a "hey there" look. Sorry guys, its a fake and a bad one at that. Also, its been here before and I knew what it was simply from the title thread before I cliked.

IF, and only IF this really was a face plant from a bike, he would have MASSIVE road rash on his face. not to mention you would see that the wounds were from abrasion. And for those of you who have had to go to the hospital and get gravel removed (like me), you know this is fake. In fact if you have been riding for more than a week you would realize this is an impossible wound.

This guy *LOOKS* as if he had some shit blow up in his face. BUT, if he had a firecracker or gun, wheres the blast pattern and gunpowder??..consensus? that first picture is probably real, however, it does raise some questions! why isn't he passed out? that is A LOT of blood loss, he would've gone into shock in the moment and pass out of conciousness! (that's the only part that's making me doubt the picture)
