But a couple weeks ago i get this thing from the DMV saying there gunna suspened my license for a ticket i didnt take care of (the one i got in his car). I never got any notice in the mail or anything so my question is. It wasnt my car and he didnt get the ticket sighned off so i gotta go to court in a few days what should i tell the judge? It's his car if he doesnt wanna change his mods thats up to him i cant make him. It is his car i was just driving him home. hope you can give me some info on this..

First things first, if you were sober and driving your drunk friend home so he didn't have to... good job.

That said, if you drive a car, then you are responsible for whatever is wrong with it... or what is inside of it. If you're friend had a pound of crank in it, or if the car is stolen, then you are the main suspect in the case. Lesson: Make sure you know what the deal is before you drive a car.

If they are "fix-it" tickets, then you've got to go get them signed off. If your friend refuses to fix the violations, then you are sorta screwed. In that case, I really don't know what you should do. I guess if I were in that situation, I would go to court and explain what happened and ask the judge what to do. If you fail to appear, it just screws you up and can get you arrested and your license suspended.

Drive safe,
