Minor in possession

What is the usual punishment for minor in possession of alcohol? Does he/she lose their license for a year also? Is there anyway to keep th license?

maybe you shouldn't have done it outside and have neighbors see you do it, you got caught cause you and your friends aren't careful enough, you got caught with mary jane too, i am sorry but you are fucked. As for keeping your licence, you are on probation for speed contesting, your licencse is gone. Sorry to tell you this, but better you find out now and get your anger over with, then wait until later and get more angry then.
