how come I see people with one licenseplate on their car and they dont get stop? aren't you suppose to have two license plates on your car at all times when driving?

Depends where you live. Don't need one in Florida. :)

fix it tickets USUALLY dont get you pulled over. If you get pulled over for something else theyll give you one.
