300zx vs 240sx

If i raced my buddy's 300zx 1986 vs my 240sx 1991 who would win both cars are stock and 5spd.

Didint they come out with the TT for the 300zx in 1990 i rode in a late 80s z with a turbo and was not impressed at all

You shouldnt get nervous about racing and researching the outcome of a race before you race it man. Just do it. The race is the fun of it! Not the winning or the losing.

Most 80's 300ZX turbo are not anywhere near as fast as they
were from the factory. They are so old now, it's hard to
find one under 100K miles. Also, as they age, the wastegate
gets tired so they run less boost than they should.
I used to have an 88 300ZX turbo.

If it's non-turbo, you'd probably beat it. If it's turbo,
it'd be close, he may win by a little bit depending on
how good of a launch he gets.

I always love looking for a race. I find that I feel more confident racing people I don't know, than racing people I know, like kids that go to my school. I guess because if you get smoked by a person you know they kind of have bragging rights and rub it in your face. But fuck it man just race whoever the fuck has a car. Know them or not you have to race to live and live to race.
