CTR pistons in a B18C1?

Will CTR pistons fit in a B18C1 engine? And is a 12.5:1 compression ratio too high for daily driver? If the CTR pistons do i need shotpeened rods or new crower rods? I know i need valves too. I was thinking ITR, but any other recommendations? Thanks,

thats a bit high for pump, you might have to retard the timing so no detonation occurs
if you want thoose pistons, i suggest gettting a b16a head
the b16a combustion chamber is alot bigger than the gsr. the gsr is a "box" as opposed to the circle that the b16a incorporates, there fore a compression drop( with the ctr's it would equal a high 11.X)
or if you want to keep your gsr head, get pr3 pistons and round out the box so there is less possible detonation
