hi well i dont know if you remeber me asking about red cruising lights and me getting a ticket for it..well anyways i just got a letter in the mail just reminding me about my broken law and court date but the bitch thing about it is that on the letter it says i ran a red light and much more broken laws i didnt commit. and on my ticket it just say about the cruising lights and cracked windsheild.. please help what should i do and how do i take care about this mistake. i cant afford another ticket and running a red light cost $170. so please help.

You got a ticket for having red lamps visible to the front, but the court notice says there were other violations? That doesn't make sense. What police department gave you the ticket?

it was the Houston police department.

Wow, well then there isn't much I can do for you from CA. If you go to court and show your copy of the ticket to the judge, it makes common sense that the judge would dismiss any violations that aren't written on that cite, right?
