Tail lights of 94 teg

How can you make the tail light of 94 integra look like the one of the 98-00 integra's. I heard you can paint over the head light, but is there any other options.

i have a 2000 teg and i bought clear tails for it. the lights i bought were for a 94-01 integra, meaning the opposite is true...the stock lights off of a 94-01 will all interchange with one another.

the job took me about 30-45 minutes. i didn't take out the whole hatch plastic lining either. it's a bitch to do and you don't have to.

just undo the quick clips in the hatch (there are like 7 of them), and pop the covers off of the cargo net holders (very back of the hatch, if you look straight down). they come right off, and there will be two bolds under the covers. you need to take those out. i forget the socket size, but it's a common metric one. once you've done that (it helps to have two people here)...just push the plastic lining back a bit (it's quite flexible, so don't worry about snapping it), get all the screws holding your current lights in (6 on each side if i recall right), and pull the lights out! there's some other little stuff, but it's self explainatory when you see it (wires and such). put the new ones in and do the reverse process.

The only diff is that newer Integra's have red turn signals
right? Just put red bulbs inside and it'll look all red
at night.

If u want ur tails to look like the tails of a 98-up teg, then there are 2 things that u can do. One, u can get clear tails and then paint them all red. This looks just like the stock ones. Or two, u can buy stock ones from that year Teg. Afriend of mine did the first thing to his 96 gsr and his tails now look identical to my 98 integra's.

red lenses all the way across on the 98+, amber lens on the turn signal portion of the 94-97
