Lucky 13

I was driving on Highway 13 when a red late model 300zx pulls up. The guy looks at me and floors it. I just jam after it. We are going thru the twists and turns at about 90mph when I see a sign that says speed checked by radar and traffic violations are doubled in this area!...so I kinda slow down.

The guy slows down and I catch up to him. He looks at me and points straight ahead. I motion to him "after you" and we jam. He has the initial lead. but by 90mph I have him at the end of 3rd gear. shift up to 4th and Im pulling pretty strongly on this guy. I slow down as my speedo reaches 120 since I am not about to run thru another turn doing 120+.

I slow down to 65mph as he catches up and paces me, with a big smile on his face. I wave to him and he waves back and we end the race.

u should hook up a camera to ur dash(like cop cars) so we can see u win all these races ill be cool. like strap it down with duck tape or something lol. peace

That would be a sweet idea. You should post the clips of your races on your site. But, you could always get pinched so how.

about the camera idea.

If you have any sort of roll cage or bar in your vehicle, you can weld in a camera mount very easily, just make sure you place it in a good spot. most of the ones i've seen we're right in the middle of the car just behind the front seats.

It makes for some really cool videos, especially if you autocross!

That camera Idea sounds good....I was thinking of rigging one up and having the on/off switch mounted on the dash...that way, I could turn the camera on and off on the fly. That would be cool. I wonder what something like that would cost?

man do what id do use some duck tape on the dash and ill hold(if u use ehough lol). or u could like hold it to the roof of something cheap ill work. lol duck tape always work lol j/k not all the time. ohh i ogt a good one take rope and tie to to the holder things like on the top of the roof or side of the doors as long as its over the dash and atacch it to the thing on the camera where u stick ut hand in to hols it. that might work. or u could bring a passanger too. but i dont know just do whatever as long as we get to see them. peace man

If you are comfortable taking electronics apart you could probably wire the switch yourself, however there are some sony camcorders with remote controls just find a convenient place to keep the remote or velcro it to something.

not too sure how much the mounting bracket would cost. I have friends that can weld so i would get one of them to do it for me.
