I know there are a few SCCA events around SF, but Iheard that you have to be a member to even participate now. I just want to show up and not race competitavly(yet). Just wonderin' if there are a few Autocross addicts out there who could fill me in a bit about where to autocross. I've been feelin' a little guilty about those last few tickets and I need a place to mash my car without having to worry about the red a blue! Thanks

The Marina Airport near Monterey. NASA does autox events there fairly often.

Join SCCA and go the events. There's one on the 16th of this month at the Oakland COliseum parking lot. I'll be driving a blue WRX....check it out!!

Both NASA and SCCA are like $30/year, I think.
