help please

i would just like to know is this bike good for some one that has never really rode before

what are the pro's and con's of it if any of u could help me the would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, the Ninja 500s are good to start out on. but DEFINITELY check the service records. If the bike wasn't broken in properly when it was new, it won't last nearly as long as a properly maintained bike.
Also check the wheelwell area on the rear tire for rubber chunks, to indicate if the previous owner(s) did burnouts or otherwise abused the bike.

As side note, I just hit 1000 miles on my SV!! :D Yay me!
