Anyone with a bike ever been in a roadblock? It seems to me like you could just take it offroad and find a way out of there. What do you think?

Sportbikes and offroad wont mix well at all. But if you had a dual sport, you could go anywhere with it, over curbs, bumps, dirt, hills, etc. Most guys out at the runs are on new sportbikes, so nah, in a road block, I dont see them going off road to escape. I do see them lane splitting to the front and jetting out in 2 seconds. Although lane splitting at the races when the cops come would be really dangerous with the way people go nuts when the police arrive.

The first and only time I took my bike to the runs, me and my friend pull up to Ringwood just as everyone is parking, pigs roll up right behind us at a stop sign. Neither of us have a license so we're kinda of trippin, but I just waited til I saw a car driving by, cut off the car and took off. Even if I had my license I wouldn't want to be out there. To many dumbass cages to deal with.

We had a lock in over here once 500 cars in an industrial area 10 bikes were with me when it happened. All we did was go up to the head honcho and say to him that we wanted our bikes to be tested first (we knew we were legal) or we'd be leaving and they would have to chase. They chose to go over our bikes and let us go.Others in cars weren't so lucky some were there until 4:30am.

I'm sure its a conspiracy we seem to have all the same problems as you guy's are having over there.
BTW this is my ride
