that happen to me because a guy made a left hand turn in front of me! the asshole didn't have any ins., he had a revoked DL and warrants for his arrest!

my hand was put back together. it work pretty good. the main thing is that i was still able to ride!

ooh yeah my middle finger was turned 90 degrees towards my pinky! on the other hand broke a bone in my thumb (left hand) and cracked my tibia plateau (top of shin bone were the knee cap and the thigh bone meet)

ACK! What kind of gloves were you wearing? Did you have uninsured driver insurance to cover your bike & medical? How fast were you going when you hit?

Gloves none! my plastic surgeon even said that with my injuries gloves would not have helped that much. my ring finger was basically sheered off!
STORY: i moved here to santa cruz from hawaii. my father sent me my bike so i still had ins. but for hawaii only (found out after the fact) i only had my bike here about 4 weeks then this happen! so i loss the bike no coverage! for my medical my job covered EVERYTHING thank god! i didn't pay a thing. the guy who pulled out in front of me is a dead beat with no money or any type ins.


i was going about 35mph. i should have low slide and jumped off but tried to swerve around. i could have made it but the asshole stopped and didn't keep going. i hit the back end of his truck popped his tire and broke his rear shackle that holds his springs to the frame of his truck! right after the crash i stood up really fast looked at my bike and got pissed then took off my helmet and looked at my hand and then grabbed my cell and called girlfriend to let her know i was not coming home for awhile. all while this off duty paramedic was telling me don't move your head , get off the phone , ect ect and i was telling him leave me alone i need to make a phone call.

Did you sue and put liens on any future earning by the guy? If not, did you just have him whacked?:p

well like i said i'm from hawaii so i dont know anybody who would do that for me! YOU GOT A #?! lol!


and i dont know how to go about putting a lien on earnings. people i know have taken people to small claims court but have never seen a penny of their settlement.

Damn man, you havent been around much lately. I thought when you said a new toy you meant somethign for your car..hell yeah your all motor will be fast..lol. We might have abbq for the 4th, you guys got plans? Give me a call when your off work.
