Who has ditched a cop before?

Well last night I had an experience with one. Driving my buddies 96' Carrera down San Tomas southbound over 100 and as I come up to Prunridge he yells cop. I go flying through the intersection still going over 100 and he was waiting on the left side turn lane which turns into my direction. So I look back in my rear view mirror and I see his lights come on and another set of lights coming already, so I look to my friend and see what he thanks and he tells me to bounce. So I down shift from 6th(I freakin love that gear) to fourth and the car just pulls hard. I pass Forbes Ave just gunning it, coming up to Homestead really quick make a really quick right turn and then I made another quick right not know how far back the cops were, but I new they were close, so I keep turning down streets one after another and finally park in a secluded residental street. We get out the car and start walking away from it. After chillin for awhile we start walking back towards the car. All of a sudden we start hearing sirens, but ended up not seeing a single cop on the ride home. That was the first time I've cut out on cops. Anyone else have some stories to share?

I tried it once with my other hb. My car wasn't register, no insurance, modified exhaust, vehicle too low and etc. But, my car got stuck on the speed bump and thats how i got caught. They almost impounded my car but they didn't i just a fixing tickets for my registration and state reff. So, i was kinda lucky that night. But, my friend
ran away from the cops before and he finally got caught and the cops told em that they have records of it. sux.

My friend ran from the cops in his Accord, he lost the cop and went home as fast as he could. I live in a pretty small town though and the cop knew the car and who drove it, the cop was also friends with my friend's dad...he didn't get in trouble, but had his ass chewed out by his dad.

A'ight guys and gals....first off I would like to say that yesterday (friday night sat morning) was off da hook. I got some good runs in and was killin fools. Well at least until kismets accord spanked me. Does anybody know how much nos he's pushing? Anyways I doubt there were many of you guys out on ringwood at like 4ish...but there weren't very many people out there and I was getting ready to leave and I said "one more race." So I lined up with a maro on my right side and saturn on my left. We take off and it was close until I shifted into second. I look in my rear-view mirror and what do I see. Red lights coming towrds us FAST...and sirens. So I'm like ahhhhh fuck...I asked my friend weather I should keep going or not..."he's all smash on it." so I shift into third gear and pray. As I do this the cop is close on our tails and the saturn on the left side swearves over and almost nails me. BY this time we are going an easy 80+ mph with a cop on our tails. So now the cop is right on my ass and sees the saturn almost nail me and the cop swearves over right behind the saturn...right after that me and the maro slam on the brakes the cop goes flying past me with his sirens on...and I flip the fastes Biatch ever. Then me and the maro just take off as fast as we could. RIght now as I'm typing this I'm hella shaking...talk about some crazy shit. Sorry for such a long thread. Oh yeah one more thing...that saturn that got fucked was his moms and he was supposed to be sleeping at his friends house in livermore. You think he's in a little trouble? I think so.

If you wanna drive that fast go to a road with little or no traffic out in the country or even better yet a racetrack. How would you like it if someone you loved got killed by someone driving 100+ in a fairly busy city area?

I didn't but my friend did! One very foggy night, my friend was speeding 70 in a 35mph zone and suddenly we spotted a cop on the opposite lane. We heard siren and my friend decided to downshift and turn off all his light. We made a quick right at the upcoming light and made a quick parking in front of someone house. We reclined our seat all the way back and shutted the engine. The cop just rolled by past us without knowing. We chilled in the car for like bit and we just tooked off afterward. I was laughing hella hard at my friend for that shit.

i haven't, but the other day i passed a guy on a crotch rocket who was pulled over, and i thought, why did he stop? i mean those things do 190 like its nothing, shoot to the nearest exit, and work your way back into residential or something.

it was my buddies 96 porshe carrera. I had only driven the car a handfull of times before that night but he's going to sell it in a few months so he's driving it more. This weekend going up hwy9 anyone eles want to come chill?

I never gave him A chance,,I was in my 94 stang coming back from reno and I was tryin to just hurry the fu_k up and I had just told my friend to look out for cops and not even 5 minutes later there was A cop I just passed at 90 so he puts his lights on but I was thinkin hes maybe got his car on but hes at A dead stop so I downshift and just flyin in and out of traffic at around 140 then the first exit I see I get off and go through hella side streets,heard sirens but didnt see shit.Then another time in the stang on that side street by the freeway off of gateway I was racing this camaro and I didnt even see this pig hidding but he turns his lights on and I'm in the oppsite lane and doin about 75+ and theres some cars on the other side of the road and I was tryin to get through without hitting the divider comin up so I finally get through but the car was goin hella slow so I got caught he sited my for all kinds of shit from not having stock heads,cam,intake cuz it said trickflow and other shit,,fuckin pigs!!!

i've never seriously run from a cop before, but i can't even tell you how many times i'm just pulled up into some parking lot or into someone's driveway to try and avoid getting pulled over.

The first time I got pulled over the cop was on a cycle...not a chance there. The 2nd time I got pulled over (a month ago) I thought about running but pussed out. I was familiar with the area so maybe I could have gotten away? It was only for 60 in a 40 though so I have a chance at gettign it kicked. Fucking pigs! I was just havign soem fun!

I agree with the person that said that it is eaiser to ditch the ticket then to ditch the cops. You also don't want to wreck your pride and joy pushing your car to an unsafe limit running from a $140 ticket.

According to California's DMV vehicle laws, if you are chased by an unmarked cop car, with only a red light and siren, and you run but get caught, you can't be fined for fleeing and not cooperating with a cop. You can fined for everything else, such as speeding or whatever they were trying to pull you over for. So the next time some unmarked cop car chases your ass, run as fast as you can, and as long as he doesn't have some backup cops who are real marked ones, you can just run your ass until you lose him. If you do get caught for some dumb reason, such as getting (ahem) stuck on a speed bump, then you can claim you ddin't know it was a cop, and thought it was some fool trying to play tricks with ya. someone check this info out and tell me how valid it is. peace

hella days ago i was up in dublin chillin some foo's. n its was my first time up in dublin.. n i ran through a stop sign. n i didnt c the cop. this fo in the back seat like aye nigga 5 o after u i thought he didnt c me to floored ma shit n took the cut n im try to get away from dis nigga n i jump in dis street. im in dis residential area n dis ford pick up infront on me goin hella slow.. so i jump on the other side of the road. u know the one the is goin the other way in try to guy this dayam pickup.. but dis nigga starts racin me n shit i was like wtf.. n den i saw the 5 o behind me n i got busted for like 3 things on one ticket.. thats sad.. all cus off that pick up.. i got a ticket on runnin through a stop sign, goin 45 on a 25 street, and drive on the other side on the other side of the road.

i was lucky that nigga didnt know iwas try to run away.. oh i was gooonnneeee..

At the Navy base in pensacola there is a guard tower which i like to smoke my tires at while leaving the base. By the time teh guards know whats happening my cars already gone... thats why i love doing it :)
One night they caught on though and had a cop waiting for me near the gate. My tires are squeeling like hell as im hauling ass through there and the cop turns on his lights...
By the time he his his lights i was going 45.... when he started to move i was goign 60... when he pulled out i was boing 75.... and he floored it once he got his car straight i was so far gone it didnt matter..
Ive ran a foot several times when i was younger... on my dirt bike about 4 times... on my roller blades 3 times... but got caught once.
Also i saw a cop giving this dude a ticket so i laid a patch of rubber about 30 feet ahead of them when i passed them. I love messin with them.

i ran several times on foot in H.S. and once in my old car.

it happened in the mornin' before school and i was speeding a bit cause i was late. i saw the lights go off behind me and i just downshifted, ran through a couple of side streeets and made the turn into the school parking lot (never went past 60mph). i thought i lost him but as soon as i get out of the car and headed for the door the cop almost hit me cutting through the lot. he searched me and gave me a few warnings and all of a sudden the cuffs went on. he escorted me to my class still cuffed and told me that he wouldnt do anything which surprised the hell out of me. he walked me into the class right in front of the art teacher and uncuffed me and just said dont try anything like that again or else. when i sat down everyone just stared speechless.

i never ran from a cop again, but if i think its possible and necassary to do so i think i might.

As for you guys that can't type. Yupp, I read about 1 line and said fukit, trying to read your shit hurt my head. It's either bullshit that you type like that because it's the way you talk or you're in for a big surprise when you grow up and try to get a better paying job. I saw the cop roll by at about 25 somewhere around 10 minutes later. I just had to laugh about that.

I guess it came back to bite me though because years later i got busted for trying to run. Class C felony, 5000 dollars bail. 4 years probation, 6 month suspended jail sentence, and a 1000 dollar fine was the punishment for getting caught when that happened. Oh well i guess thats the price you pay. I'm not on probation any more at least.

I was merging onto a freeway near my house, and those that know me, know i drive fast....period. As i get on going maybe 100+ i get this REALLY weird feeling. Like someone is trying to tail me. So i start looking in all my blind spots...and lo and behold....a chippy in a car... "ahhhhh SHIT!!!!!!"
so i start to merge onto another freeway...and he follows in my blind spot.....i slow down to where he is on my left rear bumper...the other freeway goes both left and right.....two lanes go left...one right. Just as we both start merging left i SLAM on the brakes and accelerate HARD to the right....and my baby just HANGS right real hard. All i heard was the cop car squealing on the brakes to slow down and back up to go my way.....but my baby is WAY to fast for that......by the time he backed up...i was already at the first exit getting off and going through back streets. i had to call my date and EXPLAIN that i would be a little late......hahahahha

Don't take my word for it. but i don't think they can give you ticket at all. If you fight a ticket the officer always state that. He's fully dressed of dept issued uniform on operating a Marked Unit while the ticket was cited.

Once when I was young I did about 60mph on 45 weavign throught busy traffic throught some busiest streets over in Los Altos. then I passed a undercover in Green Camero he trun his lights on and start to chased me. So I find a good spot to pull over. He got eveyone out of the car. Get license etc etc. Then check for eveyone warrents, and just told us to go home, then he said "if I'm in my regular cruiser he would write me up for Speeding and Reckless driving"

i got a story for ya without a happy ending. i was with my boy in his 2000 yellow type-r #32 and we was coming back from a club in NY. well as we doing a 100 the pigs started chading us. so my boy is kinda bent so he thinks his vtec can outrun the cops. so as he pushing it to 120 theres 2 cops behind us now. so my boy hes like fuck it ill make them earn dem dollars so he takes the first exit to jump on another highway. as soon as he gets on the other highway theres two cop cars coming toward him plus the 2 behind him. so its like 10 min passed since the first cop started. well they brung out the chopper and my boy got boxed in. he aint wanna crash his car so he just pulled over.we both got locked up for underage drinking, evading police, reckless driving, 100mph ticket, and no seatbelt. so now my boy has given up his type r and is selling it next week.

I ditched a couple of cops before. The best one was on Highway 4 going to 80 from 680. I was doing 155mph and I saw red and blue flashers about 3/4 of a mile away. I took the first exit I could. Alhambra...??? I think. I took the curvey roads back towards 80. Crazy shit!!!
