Okie i have this problem, its been 4 months now since i been laggen to goto tthe state reff, for the first 3 months, my car was in the shop due to a car accient....then on the 4th month car came out and judge gave me another extension since i told her about the car accident.now since its my las extension. and i was so pose to hit up the state ref this month (April). Which i couldn't get. My court date is on May 1st but the state Ref May 2nd. Now i was wondering can the judge give me anthoer extension or do i pay a fine?

Good question. Unfortunately, I don't have an accurate answer for you.

If I were in your shoes, I'd call the ref and explain the issue. Ask if you can get in there before the first.
