i have heard some rumors that you can run around all you want with NOS, but as long as the bottle is not open, cause if it is open that an officer might look at it as intent to use, cause you can run around with a fat roots blower stickin out of the hood, and that is legal as long as you not being stupid and leaving burnouts all over the place, i think.
