electrical help!!

I was trying to hook up a led light to my left blinker bulb and i short curcuited something...i replaced 2 blown fuses and there still is a problem. when my fog lights are NOT on , my left blinker blinks really fast and when the fogs ARE on the left blinks slower than the right.
Also there are two filaments in my blinker and only one is now being used as a fog light and my blinker?? everything is all ****ed up can u please help with any useful info.

I think one of the ground wires is damaged
