Last night was the second night we actually got some racing in down here in San Luis Obipso.....we had some fun with about 7 cars....i went 2 and 2.....
Well, i raced one of my friends who also has a 2nd Gen Integra....We started off....when the flagger dropped his hand(only used 1 hand for some reason), i got a great launch, and he had launched too high, and spun them all the way through first.....I shift into 2nd...*chirp*, and i hear a chirp about 1/2 a car length back.....i keep this 1/2 car all the way through second, and once we hit third my lead starts to grow even more....As the finish line approaches, i shift into 4th, and power through the finish line with about a car length separating us.....I won!....we head back to the starting line, and we talk about it.....
He has really old tires, so he is lacking traction, but if he would have launched better, i think the race would have been neck and neck the entire way...
