It only sold for $37,000 at the Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction... They got their moneys worth?
Hmm I see its listing (there was also a non-turbo '88 that was sold for about $3000 cheaper) but I would like to get some details on it, link me if you can. Callaways are in no way cheap cars, even an '88.
Although the best '88 Callaway without a doubt would have to be the Sledgehammer. IIRC there was only 1 made.

Ive seen a twin turbo iroc with cameleon paint and all the custom goods a car can come with . I think it was on spike tv .

Irocs are very fast cars to have man i had one in my life and wish i had it back . I dont expect anyone to see that .

254mph top speed, with full creature comforts as well. Indeed, it was one seriously sick ass Vette. Made Hot Rod's top 10 hot rod's of the 20th century too, I believe.

Thats near what the one I saw looked like. I dont think the top was black though, and it had a stock exhaust system.

damn, thats a hell of a deal. 40k for a car like that? shit... some higher end econoboxes are only a lil cheaper.
