hello SJpopo,
i have a question, i was making a left from meridian onto almaden expressway here in southern san jose, and i speeded up to 60 MPH, and i see a big white light come on, and totally light up the road, im thinking, wow this is odd, how come they have such a bright light, i pass by the light and look behind me and see it turn off. i think to myself, what the hell just happened ? i look to the right ahead of me and see ( 45 MPH speed limit, radar enforced) what are the possibilities that i will get this ticket ?? how would i know, etcc thanks Sjpop and sgtgrant.

sincerely,
Philip

p.s i had my front licnese plate on. it was aroun 9PM

You'll know if you get a ticket in mail with a pic of your car and what the posted speed limit is, and how fast you were going.

Good question,

I see lots of speed limit signs with the "Photo Radar Enforced" warning on it, but I have yet to see any photo radar at work. To be honest, I don't know if you'll get a ticket or not. I suppose you should just cross your fingers and hold your breath. Oh yeah... and drive more slowly.

Drive safe,
