question on valve lash and cam gears.

with 11.5:1 compression pistons what valve lash would you recommend. the engine is a Gsr motor with ported head and most other mods. The cams....civic type r intake and gsr exhaust cam. Aem cam gears.
What should the valve lash be set at?
What should the cam gears be set to?
