Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew the procedure of buying things at wholesale price once you got your wholesale license. Do you just call manufactures and order the parts you want??? Any feedback would be aprecciated and thanks in advance.

you need a wholesale license, business licenses, sometimes a tax ID number, bank information, and sometimes you're required to buy at least $1,000 of inventory.
When I applied for tirerack.com as a wholesaler, they asked me for all the above minus inventory. ProStreet.com or something requires the $1000 or $800 inventory. They sometimes will ask you for your current supplies info...
The bigger the company you try to "hook up" with, the more info you have to supply.

Sometimes they also want you to make a contract with them saying you will buy X number of units in every X given time frame for so long. The other thing is that some companies require you to purchase a certain number of items at one time to receive wholesale discounts.

if you're going to do any electronics, everyone is also going to want/have lengthy credit ap and trade references, as well as a dealer protection ap....the buy in and quotas should be the least of your worries for now.
