Help a chevy out.

Hey guys, anyone out there know where i can get a used drivers side door for a 71/72 chevelle. Some chick hit me a few weeks ago and her insurance isnt paying me sh-t. Im pissed about that whole situation. The body shop wants to fix my door and in my opinion it isnt worth it. its pushed in a good 5 or 6 inches & it doesnt open from the outside. I dont want a bondo filled door, so im looking for a good used one to spray some primer on and bolt up. Im gonna use the rest of the money to put outa hit on the chick that hit me(lol). Any leads would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

I don't know where you could find a used one unless I pull one off my car.lol

check out GM sports salvage, they're expensive, but I bet they have one, or try Ace Auto Wreckers in Newark, they might have one.

I was kind of hoping i could find someone parting one out or something. GM sport salvage has it but they want TOP dollar. ill use them as a last resort. thanks for the responses.

tryed that. got a few e-mails all from so cal and nevada though. im thinkin about a drive down soth though. a guys got a cherry door with a broken window for 75 bucks. thats worh the gas and a days drive. ya think?

heres an idea, fix it your damn self. you people call your self car guys but are to quick to sign the check to have someone fix it or buy new parts. have a friend help you. anything just dont pay for something when it could be fixed. damn lazy people these days!!!!

Hey Buddy i dont know who the hell you think you are, but i do all the work on my cars myself. My door is smashed it is not fixable without using 2 buckets of bondo. I was simply asking if anyone out in computer land knew of a good door i could hang on there so i could get the door open and shut.
