What size engine is just too small to smoke a Honda Civic SI 2004 VTEC???

Practically anything can smoke a Civic. Engine size means nothing. My 1.3l would kill a Civic even if I gave it a head start.. so what?

Naw, on the road (at a Autozone), and I mean a vehicle that could at least match the Civic (i.e. not my 87 HB, which tops out at 55/60), so that I could have a good chance.
