The fact is, nitrous is legal as far as transporting it. Having it hooked up is simply a smog issue. Granted CARB is a bunch of idiots, but they are going to tell you no matter what if it doesn't have a CARB EO number its illegal. I know its ridiculous that some hoses and sloeniods are going to cause pollution, but thats not up to me.
