i got pulled over the other day for for cvc27151 modified exaust. cvc27146 altered smog. cvc26708 obstructed view and 24004they are all marked as a correctable violation so shouldnt the fine for the ticket be only ten dollars each? but i got something in the mail saying its $220 and proof that i fixed it...why so much? thanks
