I know absolutely squat about these cars and I was hopeing you guys could help me out.

This girl I know just got daddy to buy her an 89 240sx. It's standard. The car is bone stock.

In case you didn't notice by the tone, She is a real spoiled little bitch and I really can't stand her...sorry for the small rant.

Anyway, what should this car run with an descent driver? What models do they come in? Basically any info you can give me would be appreciated. I just want to know what kinda chance I have if I run her. I figure I'll lose because well, you'll see in my sig. But I'm just curious.

Thanks guys/girls

Yeah I figured I would get destroyed but that's not the point. Do you have any kind of performance numbers for the 89's. Is there only one 89 model?

Thanks again

You probably have a chance of winning because your car is lighter. I've raced my freinds civic CX basic stuffs intake, headers in his civic and I only have an intake and he whoop me on third gear like 3 car leghts. But this was a long time ago I don't know if he can catch me now.:)

It'll be a slow race, I know the KA24DE runs high 15's low 16's, so her's should be slower than that. Your Honda is probably in the low 16's mid 16's range, maybe even higher. Maybe if she's an automatic.
