I see too many ricers out with their fast cars. Some of them really need to learn how to drive. Fast cars mean nothing when u can't drive right. I took a 3000 GT down with my '92 GS-R when it was still stock in a run in the hills. It couldn't even slide into a turn. Tho I did get burned by one of them mustangs on a drag. Haha. peace.

Well I dunno my time but I feel pretty safe that between my stang and miata I probably have the second fastest car on my block :D . The neighbor's son who lives there part time has a Viper so I guess he gets first place.

Hmmm, I'm not sure about Saturday. I'm not even sure where La Puente is, but I'm pretty sure it's not too close to me in Fullerton. I'd love to run if you can think of a good spot that isn't too far from me. If not, we'll figure something out when you get back. I've gotta see your ride.

I just checked out the Thomas Guide and found out where La Puente is... and how much further away West Covina is than I earlier thought. You'd think after living here for the past 20 years I'd at least know the cities around me. Now I just wish I knew some good race streets around me. You have any suggestions? I know there's a bunch of industrial areas around me, so there's gotta be a nice open road somewhere... I just got to look.

I don't know of *any* streets around! I've just moved up from Costa Mesa! You pick the streets, post em here, and we'll get a small crew up for Friday or saturday night!

I talk a *lot* of shit, and I do drive a hella fast car, but I rarely race it. It's brand new, and has less than 1500 miles. I might gag on it ONCE the whole time I'm out. Granted, if there is streetable rice that won't STF UP, I'll put him in his place.. But I'm not a big racer anymore, I just enjoy the shit out of watching and knowing, if I had to, I could win :) (and occasionally handing someone's ass to them-occasionally :) )

Well, there's some pretty open streets around northern Brea, and I've got an idea for a new spot, but I'm not sure what city it's in. It's by Carbon Canyon if anyone knows where that is. I'm definitely down for Friday night. If anyone wants to meet up in Brea on Fri. night, I could show you what little I know. If not, then just let me know of any other streets... one of my good friends has an 11 second street 88 mustang lx

theres a few 8-9 second weekend warriors around here, mostly old muscle cars that seldom see the light of day...

My freinds Jun MR2 used to be the fastest import in vegas smoked an 11 seconds all motor civic from cali the guy even brought drag tires to race and my freind smoked him running on street tires :)

16G is correct. Had the Greddy Fuel management stuff, but downpipe, cranked FP.. All the goodies. Ahh those were the days. That car was a total sleeper.
