Mugen ECU or XS Engineering ECU

My friend with a P30 ecu on his 95 GSR wants to buy my MUGEN ECU. Should I sell my Mugen ECU and get the XS Engineering ECu for me. Or should I keep my mugen and sell the XS Engineering ECU.

Does anyone know the Difference. All I know is that the XS Engineer ECu is made for all motor

Mugen is more aggressive timing and fuel curves. Leans out a bit more. Perfect for japan fuel, high ocatne gas.
XS has less power.. Stick with mugen if you have no probs so far.
