95 GSR with P30 ECU

my friend just got his GSr swap on his 95 si. I test drove the car and found out that I could only go up to 120MPH. I looked at his ECU and it says P30. He said its a 1995. Is P30 for a 1996 Delsol???

wow i keep seeing all these posts about people getting their fuel cutoff cause they are going like 110/120. well basically i think that theres a very good reason that feature has been programmed into the ecu. it's to prevent people form killing themselves. I mean i don't really give a shit if a guy is speeding and they kill themself but i think it's fucked up if they kill their passengers and other innocent drivers. I see no reason to whine about not being able to go over 120 mph. Even if you street race there not a very good chance you will hit 120 on the 1320 unless your car is really that quick
