Skunk2 Racing Intake Manifold?

What kind of gains could I get just by bolting a Skunk2 Intake Manifold on my LS (mods: i/h/e)? Would a JDM Type R Intake manifold be better? Will they mate up with my 94 LS motor without having to alter anything?
