Power brakes and -71 blowers don't mix well...
I applaud the effort, though.

Maybe it has an auxiliary vacuum pump?

Actually, you can get boosters made that work with as little as 10" of vacuum. If the engine doesnt have a ton of boost, is tuned well and has a sensitized booster the power brakes will work pretty damn good. Thow a vac. reservior in there and you have a nice feeling brake. I myself have done it with 8 pounds of boost on a 40 Ford with a blown small block.

I can believe he's got ten inches of vacuum, but 10" running power brakes and power steering? Can't see what all the accessories are, but I'm seeing a brake booster and a PS pump for sure.
I'm thinking probably not.
10" inches of vacuum is nothing to acheive with the proper cam and carb sizing.
Engine vacuum has absolutly nothing to do with the power steering system. It does not take vacuum to operate it and it being there does not affect the vacuum of the engine.
On second look at that blower it a serp belt design so its probably not pushing to much boost. It looks like it may be on of those Holley 142ci inch jobs. Can anyone make out that sticker on the side? I really see no problems in that engine bay

Power steering pumps are run off a belt. You don't have to have any vacuum from the engine to run power brakes either. There are auxiliary setups available. In that case, I'll take a solid roller cam please. :D
