suspension setup

hey, i am planning on upgrading my suspension for some driving up in the mountains on weekends and the occasional track day. Right now i have ground control coilovers with tokico premium shocks (the blue ones) i drive a EG civic hb. I was planning on getting strut bars and antisway bars. Anyone know which brands actually work and not just look good. Also i was planning on getting energy suspension polyurethane bushings are those anygood? and ideas would be helpful

If you have a lot of time to do them, the Poly bushings do amazing stuff, especially if your stock rubber bushings are old. ES and Prothane make the best quality bushings, IMHO.

Most strut bars work the same, regardless of the brand. I know for DSMs they are all the same design.
