head light strobes

hey i was wondering how to install headlight strobes on my accord...do i have to drill a hole or some shit? and just run the cords through the engine compartmenty and mount a switch in the car? any help appreciated.

i don't know how to wire them but to install them, yeah, you gotta drill holes.
