Question: I heard rumors about ones' status as a temporary worker expiring after 90 days, anyone know anything about this?

For instance, after 90 days temp workers become full time employee's; must be offered benefits, etc.


I've searched around a bit but can't really find anything conclusive.

Any input would be greatly appriciated.

Nope. I was a temp with the same company for 8 months before they finally hired me full time. If you're a temp, your temp agency might be required to offer you benefits, but the company you're working at isn't required to hire you as a permanent employee.
