This was pretty funny, i happened on friday night when my buds and i went to san antonio in a new pt cruiser limited. When we got there, we met up with two more of my friends. they were in his 96 silverado. Well anyways we were headin to hooters around 1604, a long loop, and we were like the only people on it. at one point my friend started to pull ahead, but my buds in the car didn't want to let him get ahead. at this point were going 75. i gun the massive four cylinder and feel its throbbing amounts of torque unleash upon the road. 30 seconds later i'm going 80, another minute 85, then about 30 seconds later i reach the amazing top speed of 101 mph. by then he has noticed that i am trying to pass him and hits the gas, burns me within 45 seconds and is soon out of sight. i decide it is best to cut it off, because there is no way in hell i had a chance. when we met up later we were cool & stuff. that is just about the weakest car i have ever been in, although it looks cool. we tried to smoke the tires, but didn't even get a screech :( oh well, least i got a faster car :)
