This passed Veteran's Day, I took my little sister to visit her boyfriend at his job at EBGames in North Olmsted, Ohio. While my sister and I were looking around, her boyfriend had a heart attack. CPR was administered by his co-worker almost immediately and an ambulance arrived after a few minutes. On the way to the hospital, he went into cardiac arrest and underwent resussicitation for 45 minutes before he was stabilized. He now lies in an ICU at Fairview Hosp. unconscious since the heart attack. The doctor's don't know what caused the heart attack, if there will be any brain damage, or when he will wake up.

Alex Czelusniak is 19 years old and healthier than most people I've met. He's one of the best artists you'll ever meet. This whole situation, makes you wonder about everything. How can a 19 year old kid have a heart attack? What does that little passing pain in my chest mean? Just don't take life for granted, because it can be taken away in an instant.

So, please if you read this, say a prayer for Alex and pray that he'll pull out of this okay.

Im guessing it was the prices at EBGames that caused the heart attack. I mean DAMN, they jack up the prices on new games way too much!

that sucks.. i did hear about teens getting heart attacks though.. maybe they don't eat the right foods.. you can be healthy and excersize but if your arteries are clogged.. you will still be at risk.. other factors are things such as heredity.. smoking.. etc.. but i hope your friend comes out of it alright..

these conditions can happen for almost any reason. could be from something he ate, like a virus. could have been a condition he was unaware of. Hope he gets well.

Sorry to hear man, Alex'll be in my prayers...hate to hear stories of younger people having heart attacks...makes you think about a lot of shit. Again, my condolences

i'm really sorry to have to make this post, but the doctors say that he wont make it. he had a heart condition, LQTS, which is rare. the doctors said that he should've died when he collapsed.

All I know is that he hasn't felt any pain since his collapse and i'm grateful for that. He'll be taken off life support by the end of the week. At least I know he'll be in a better place.
