Stalling in traffic

i am teaching my gf on how to drive a stick. on a empty parking lot she would do fine on taking off of first gear but once a while she would stall or over rev it.

my question is if i let her drive on the street n if she stall on when the light turns green or over rev it n peel out accidently, would that get a ticket?

if i she gets pulled over for that would the cop beleive that she is learning?

I'm pretty sure any cop would believe her, it would be obvious that you weren't showing off. You could get a ticket for impeding traffic if she stalled, but I doubt they would give her one, just practice starting the car after a stall before you go on the street so that she doesn't panic.
