While driving to work this morning I come this White 92ish 93 Honda Accord right near the Dumbarton Toll. It was lowered with Rims and the whole works. The guy was punching it. I was minding my own business not to start anything when the Accord cuts me off. So I decide to go after him. I switch lanes and catch up to him going about 70 mph. He cuts me off again and I follow him. He brakes hard and nearly hits the car in front of him...I quickly switch to the fast lane to avoid crashing. As we start to approach the a hill climb on the bridge we both are neck to neck. I shift down to fourth....and I'm climbing 80, 90, 100. I look in my rear view mirror and I see his headlights. I flash him and take my exit to work.
