Hi,
I have a problem with my car's paint. One side it's somewhat cracked. The rest of the car is ok. I guess at the shop they used some kind of other paint and about a month the shop closed when the paint started cracking. I tried using 2000 grit and the cracking is gone. Should I continue on ? Or is there other good method that won't hurt the remaining layer of paint ?

1st pic is the actual cracking
2nd pic is a small area I sanded. Still needs polishing.

oh well...
I just polished and waxed it and looks like new again !
I'll post some pics later.
