Would you call this a flyby?

Lastnight around 1am I was heading south on the 101, I was cruising along at about 80 and I pass some Hyundai 4door, next thing I know he speeds up and gets next to me, so at that point I floor it and we were both neck and neck, I look down and see I'm doing about 100 and let off the gas, I think he was starting to pull on me at that point anyway, I can admit if a car was pulling on me,even if its a hyundai, so I even just give a peace sign and he slows way down, I still cruise at 80 and he's dropping far back and I forget about him, then all of a sudden I see him flying up at me and he passes me doing about 100 again. I shifted into 4th but there was no way to make up the difference by then so I said the hell with it. After awhile he slowed down again and I passed him and he got off the freeway. Would you call that a fly by?
I'd call it a dumbass who thought he couldn't take me if we started at the same time :D
But I have to say it was fucking fun, can't wait til my supercharger is installed!

Yea, I guess that's a flyby if they pass you and exit right away. Pointless if you ask me. But goodness, you can't pull away from a Hyundai???
