Took these at 5psi with the small injectors and not really wanting to hammer it.

Got the 53's in, and 15psi and its running about 80 percent duty cycle now, and it just flat out RIPS.

If you don't know, its a volvo 242ti, b21ft, Holset HY35 turbo, Megasquirt EMS, full tube header, lots of head work, big cam ect ect.

lol, anyways, heres a couple video's (helped a buddy do a intake swap and add a BOV to his car, it took a while so thats why its dark).

hey the megasquirt EMS is the one you build yourself right? how difficult was it? and what do you think of it? is it worth the time? -Ninja

Yeah, I am wondering the same thing. I have yet to find anyone that has used it.

Hey guys, I've never ever built anything PCB like but it worked first try. From a bucket of parts to a running car inside of 2 weeks.

Single best improvement I've ever made to a car (course, my 242ti came stock with mechanical injection).

wow sounds good, but how easy was it to build? The website claims its easy, but since you have first hand experience I would prefer your input. Also is it tunable? or suppose to be one setting fits all applications? Did you run the car without the megasquirt? -Ninja

It was simple as can be. I have a v1 board eventually I'll upgrade it. Its extremely tunable, almost to much. I had an FPR die two days ago and I spent an hour and half changing my fuel maps trying to fix the problem that had nothing to do with the MS (DOH!).

It was probably the most enjoyable thing I've built for the car :D
