Geez I messed up my indiglo gauges.... can anyone help please?

Ok being the self sufficient resourceful individual (fool) I am I ordered and INSTALLED (horribly)a set of indiglo gauges. I made the big mistake of taking out the needles and not marking them. I tried to put them back into where I think they belong, but it just didn't work out. I called the dealer and they quoted me $500 bucks for the whole set:tack, speedometer, temperature, and fuel. My reaction was wow. $50 to make my car "cooler" is going to cost me $500 to fix. Can anyone help me on this issue? Should I just take it to the dealer? Thanks for listening to me bitch and moan. HHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP.

You took out the needles? OMG...I would just put everything back so that it looks like normal and then take it to the dealer. Next time slide the larger of the two cirlces (tach and odometer) on first, then slide the smaller circle second(temp/gas). good luck

Oh yeah, be gentle with the clear plastic cover because it cracks very easily. I cracked mine when I put it back on. Good things it only around $20 to replace. Good luck.
