I remember someone who had posted an article on SRO a while back about some college guy that was going to build a Hooters in San Fransisco (By Pier 39).
I heard on the radio briefly that they were finally finished with it & that it's on the street of Jefferson or something. I tried to find the exact location of it on the internet, but not even The Hooters website has updated it.
Does anybody have any more info. on the address because my friends & I wanted to check it out; never been to one before. The dam one in Santa Monica was closed due to filming when I was on my vacation that day.
Thanks & if I ever find this place in time; we all should meet up & go there some time together. Yeah, I'd call it The SRO Hooters Meet (J/K).

azenplayer,
Thank you so much, but would you happen to have the address & their times & the names of the cross streets; etc.
I'm from Milpitas. I don't want to take a drive all the way up there & not know the exact pin point location of it.
P.S. Do you happen to have their phone #?

Alright boys & girls, I've got some good news finally.
I went to Hooters last night & I got there around 9 p.m. Dam, was it pack up in there; I was surprised to actually see some Non-Hooters girls overthere (especially the ones who came/brought their boyfriends). There was like over 200/300 people; just waiting to get a table. It was a two/three hour wait & I believe that they were closing at 11 p.m. that night; so there weren't no guarantees of dinning in during the grand opening & all.
Well, enough with my life; basically my buddies & I didn't get to eat that night, but I did manage to talk to one of them Hooters' chick & I grabbed a menu. It of course had the address so here you go, but it didn't have their hours schedule.
P.S. Here you go & maybe one day we'll all go as an SRO group.

Yes, I can't wait till this Thursday because I'm going to go eat at Hooters around lunch time with my friends. I've never been so excited about eating such food.
P.S. Maybe I'll take some pictures & most definately I'll be buying T-Shirts & such.
Hey MariHondaSi & Asad,
You guys want to plan a meet up sometime soon like in a week or two. I think whatever time would work out with you guys is probably going to be fine with me. Then after we have a set date then one of us will make a new thread about it & see who else is interested in joining us & I already know how to get there & hopefully my voice gets better by then.

Yes, I can't wait until tomorrow because my friends & are all going to Hooters a little bit after lunch time. I called them to get their hours during the week days (it's from 11 a.m. to 10/11 p.m.). Also on Fridays & Saturdays they close at midnight. They said that a good time to come in would be during the weekdays during the afternoon. Dam, I've got to bring enough money to get me some T-shirts.
P.S. When I called the lady I thought that I had the wrong number, but all I could hear for a few seconds was someone talking to a Hooters chick (she didn't even say the welcoming speal; Hi, welcome to Hooters in San Francisco. How can I help you.). She seemed to be having a bad day, but then again I might have asked too many questions.

Yes, I finally went to Hooters during this past Saturday. I went around lunch time; I didn't even have to wait for a table (I barely missed the rush). The only thing that I suggest is not to go overthere during nightime because they really get busy (don't matter if it's on a weekday or weekend.
I got a cool white T-Shirt, too; but dammit they were all sold out of playing cards (I guess I'll buy them next time I go). The waitress was nice to my friends & I, too (she even put a nice little smiley face on our receit).
P.S. I have to admit that the girls looked good & the Philly Cheese Steak was awesome (can't wait to eat there again).

Well, everything in So-Cal (L.A.) is a lot better. The fashion & women, but I don't go to So-Cal too often. San Francisco is way too far as it is for me.
Plus the last time I went to one near the mall in Santa Monica; dammit it was closed due to some filming (I guess shooting a little part of a movie or a commercial). Usually a trip down to L.A. for my friends & I is like a Spring/Winter Break or Summer thing.

Streetguy, man how many times have you gone?
Street Guy

I've only been overthere twice, but I've only eaten there once. The first time I didn't want to wait for two to three hours on Monday night because people got work the next morning. That's why I went on that one Saturday afternoon about two weeks ago, but too bad that you had that Club SI meet to go to (you missed out).
P.S. The food was great.

Food was awesome.. women were hot, and friendly.. MAJOR NEGATIVE POINT - NO FULL BAR... that was a huge dissapointment. The wait was 10 minutes at 1:15 on a friday. Not too bad.
Overall I give it a 8. It would be a 10 if it had a full bar, and a no bra policy for the women.

What do you mean by No Full Bar...I'm not old enough to drink out in the open like that (dam just one more year though). I thought they serve like Beers & stuff.
P.S. I guess I was too busy looking at them Hooters. I couldn't even imagine how I'd act if I was drunk up in there.

Yeah they serve beer and wine. No mixed drinks or hard alcohol.

It would probably be of best interest for the waitresses like as if they didn't have to worry about sober enough already.

I guess when ever these we decide to work something out:
MariHondaSi, Asad, DiaVolo, Spiderman, & anyone else that's interested in this meet & eat (hey I like the sound of that).
P.S. Well, my birthday is coming up in mid August & then there's that meet/cruise on the 23rd. So how about on the 30th of August (Saturday afternoon like 12 or 1 p.m.; to avoid the big rush).

SS_DarkCivic,
I need to pay off a couple of bills, so I'm guessing that sometime in September would be good like in mid/late. Plus that will give me time to contact these people & others about it.
P.S. If worst comes to worst; then shoot I'll just roll there with my friend GD.
