i didnt sign the ticket,so..does that mean it dont count??

i got a ticket at the races last night for unsafe speed,blue reverse lights,modified exhaust,and front tint.but he put that i have a maxima,and i have an altima.i also did not sign the section that says i promise to appear yadda,yadda, i signed above it where it says "name of officer arresting if different" so do you think this ticket counts?? or would they dismiss it.???

no you dont HAVE to sign the tickets, i think, cause i saw some COPS show where some crazy bitch refused to sign it. It just means you arent guilty, and have to appear in court to try your case. I dont know what happens if you dont sign it, im probably wrong though.

come what do you think? i'm pretty sure they don't really care if you sign the ticket or not. i mean you might be able to get away if it was only fixing tickets but you also got busted for speeding so thats a whole other story. Well, you could try to get the ticket dismissed but my friend got a speeding ticket before and he drove an accord but the cop put down civic and that didn't help him in his arguement

well see i signed the ticket,just not in the box your supposed to sign in,im gonna fix all my fix its and take the speeding to court,there were eight hundred other cars out that night and this particular officer was just out to meet his quota,because i have three warrants and i should have went to jail.but,he did not even mention it,i dont blame the guy,tickets=money for the city.gotta give em out to keep his boss off his ass.i dont think he would show up to contest if i took it to court.

ive gotten off of three tickets because the cop did not show up.if they dont remember the ticket,if you werent a dick to them,if its their day off,they wont show.
