I was headed home at about 2:00am when I pull up next to an Integra (probably about 95 or 96) Im checkin it out nice muffler, Japanese writing on the rear window. So I tell my homeboy I feel like a race. I figure I would get whooped, especially since he had an exhaust (My 92 MX-3 1.6l 4cyl SOHC is stock) So I take off from the light to see if he'll catch. I heard him downshift. And we pull up to the next light he's talkin to his friend and lookin over at me, he kinda laughs. Im checkin his car out I look up at him and smile. The light turns Green and we both floor it. We're gainin speed and th whole time Im pullin on him little by little. We're goin about 70 and he down shifts, damn his exhaust sounds nice, he's strugglin to keep up. @ about 90mph I have a 1.5 - 2 car lead on him. Then some Ass hole in a POS 80's Corrola, pulls out infront of me I have to brake and swerve around his ass. So I put the accelerator down to pull up on the Teg, He pulls intop the turn signal, DAMN too fast to get into the turn lane :( oh well, It was a good run. He waved and I waved back, and headed home. Once again I underestimate the power of the :D Mazda SOHC :D .
