Something is wrong with my car. When i step on the brake pedal the pedal starts moving up and down (vibrating) however if i step on it hard it doesn't move anymore. This started happening after i got into an accident in which the front right side of my car hit the guard rail on the freeway ( resulting in a smashed fender and bent rim). First i thought that the rotor was warped so i had it machined the problem was still there, so i put in new rotors and brake pads but that didn't work, lastly i changed the whole right knuckle along with the hub and everything and the problem is still there. I tried driving with two different sets of rims and i had a alignment check but the problem is still there. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I'm completely lost now. any help would be much appreciated thanks

u should check the control arms or other parts of ur suspension..u might've damaged them..it sounds like the entire rotor and control arm r moving when braking..good luck

the impact of the accident may of caused a flat spot in the wheel bearing. that would cause it to vibrate. thats what happened when a dumptruck ran over the back of my truck. it fuccked my wheel bearings..
