also looks like the drivers side front tire of the viper came off the ground a bit.

Ah it's so hard to say, but considering that the Viper costs roughly twice that of the Cobra is pretty impresive considering how close they are!

That's a local race around here. The Viper wasn't squeezing at the time (from what has been said), and that Cobra actually took out a Supra that ran a high 10-second timeslip last fall.

it looks to be either oakland or milpitas.
I know the shipping area in oakland has wide streets, looks similiar.

looks like the cobra won, because when they got on the brakes at the end, the cobra was ahead, and usually the cars that wins hits the brakes first. i could be worng, but the viper still chirped into 4th, that is sick.

you can hear the viper bark 4th faintly, and i don't think the wheels came up, because both cars spun the tires.

The Viper probably was stock, I know many viper owners, that cobra hasn't raced one of the modded Vipers...or a 2003 SRT-10 like the one that took on the lockheed f-16 viper.

how are you so certain? do you know the people in that race? if not, then you're just guessing.

The race took place in the Kansas City area. Trust me on that one.

looks to me as they were very close but that the viper won..and yes the viper did chirp 4th....
